Slab base ingredients :

Belgian milk or white chocolate couverture (min cocoa 33.6%), sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, cocoa mass, emulsifier (Soya lecithin), natural vanilla

All chocolate is tempered therefor it does not need to be stored in a refrigerator and can be left at room temperature and lasts up to 12 months.
Please note some toppings may go soft if kept for a long period of time.
